When can I pick up my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready to be picked up.

Where should I go to pick up my order?

Can I return or exchange the item in-store?
No item is refundable or exchangeable; it is a final sale.
How many days until the order is ready?
It takes approximately +/- 10 business days.*
* The availability of components, materials, and accessories is not guaranteed. Any delay caused by a shortage, delay, scarcity, strike, or a back-ordered material is not the responsibility of ArmoBen.
When will my credit card be charged?
The total will be deducted from your account once you have received the confirmation email that your order has been processed.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You must pick up your order as soon as you receive the confirmation email. You have 10 business days from the time the order is ready to pick it up.
Do you offer installation services?
No, it is up to the customer to hire an installer. Please note that the hole for the sink in a laminate countertop must be made on-site by the customer (if the laminate countertop is provided with the product).
How can I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. There may be cancellation fees. (to be validated)
Is shipping provided by ArmoBen?
No, the customer must ensure they have appropriate transportation to pick up their order.
If I can't pick up my order and need to send someone in my place, what should I do?
In that case, you need to contact the online service to inform them. Then, the person must present themselves with the email confirmation of your order.
Where should I go to pick up the order?
You must go to the factory reception at the confirmed pickup time and date. Once there, you will receive additional information.
