PAYMENT – Depending on the payment method chosen during the transaction on the site.
PRODUCTION DELAY – Allow approximately +/- 10 business days from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY – It is a final sale; therefore, there are no refunds, exchanges, or warranties on the product. If a defect is detected after pickup, once you have left the branch, ARMOBEN is no longer responsible.
PRODUCT QUALITY – Before leaving the factory, you will need to inspect your product(s) (furniture) and sign a quality certificate, certifying that the products have no defects.
PICK-UP OF YOUR PRODUCT – Within 48 hours of your online purchase, you will receive an email with the order number that will allow you to pick up your product in Saint-Hubert.
You can pick up your product at the factory. We do not offer delivery, so it is important to ensure you have suitable transportation to pick up your product.

SERVICE – All after-sales service calls will incur additional charges. The fees vary depending on the situation and the location of the customer.
